Snow White Enchanted Forest at Saks Fifth Avenue!

Hi everyone! I wanted to share my photos with you from my Thanksgiving weekend (apologies for my delay- December is just a whirlwind!)

I was fortunate enough to spend the rest of the holiday weekend with Tommy and his family in New York. Every year it seems New York City steps up their holiday window display game, and this year was no exception. In celebration of the 80th anniversary of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Saks Fifth Avenue dedicated their incredible holiday window display to the film.

In case you aren’t making your way to New York this holiday season, check out my photos of every window display featuring Snow White! Keep in mind, I took these with my iPhone in a sea of hundreds of other people, so the quality is as good as you can expect (plus you can see the reflection of some of the other buildings nearby!) I did the best I could!

Snow White Window Display
at Saks Fifth Avenue, New York, NY

The Snow White windows were featured front and center, while the windows on the sides of the building contained high-end designer garments inspired by the film from top design houses like Gucci, Dolce and Gabbana, Monique Lhullier, and Oscar de la Renta:

The Snow White story line began of course with the magic mirror:

Followed by Snow White at the wishing well:

A smile and a song 🙂 :

The next window escalates to Snow White escaping into the woods, with a leafy wind tunnel blowing up around her, causing her to spin out of control (yes, she was actually spinning!):

Next up are our favorite dwarfs! Can you find Dopey?:

“Who are you!?”

“Whistle While You Work!”

While the cottage is lively with activity:

The Evil Queen is up to no good. She wants to end Snow White once and for all!

DON’T DO IT, SNOW WHITE!

Snow White’s in trouble! Save her, guys!

“I’ll crush your bones!”
Who else was traumatized by this scene in the former Snow White’s Scary Adventures? I do miss it though!

With evil vanquished, true love prevails:

I was blown away by the spectacular detail in every window- it was truly Disney magic at its best! Here’s a video to add to the magic: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZsIZ6tm-v7I

Right across from Saks Fifth Avenue is Rockefeller Center, with the famous ice skating rink and tree!

If you’ve never been to New York, you MUST go for a long weekend sometime! And there’s no better time to visit than Christmas. You’ll feel like you’re in a scene from Elf! Or Miracle on 34th Street! No matter where you are this season, I wish you Disney Christmas magic everywhere you go.
