REMIX: 5 Tips for the Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend (and other things I wish someone told me ahead of time)

The Disney Princess Half Marathon will always hold a special place in my heart. It was my first full half marathon (lol), and my first foray into runDisney! Little did I know this would set a fire in me that would inspire me to run hundreds, if not thousands, more miles. I ran in 2016, 2017, and 2019. This was also the subject of one of my first Will Run for Disney posts! Check out my remix version of 5 Tips for the Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend (and other things I wish someone had told me ahead of time). Enjoy!

Hey everyone!

Summer is really flying by! To put it in perspective, the Walt Disney World Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Parties begin next month. WOW! I’m certainly not complaining because autumn is my favorite season. But not to fear, there is still plenty of summer left!

Registration Tips for the 2018 Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend Presented by Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals

Hi friends! After a whirlwind morning of helping fellow princesses complete their early registration for the 2018 #PrincessHalf as Annual Passholders and DVC members, I’d like to put together some helpful registration tips for you all in anticipation of the general registration on May 2!

The Princess Half Marathon weekend is popular for a reason: it’s empowering, it has a magical princess theme, and the half marathon course runs through Cinderella Castle. Here’s how to make sure you are part of the celebration:

2017 Disney Princess Half-Marathon Race Recap

Hear Ye, Hear Ye: Congratulations to all my fellow princes and princesses who participated in the 2017 Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend presented by Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals! After months of training and preparation (we signed up in JULY ’16!) it’s hard to believe that this magical weekend is over.

I thought it might be fun to introduce my boyfriend, Tommy, to you all and have him share his perspective on the race weekend. While he is very familiar with the 3AM wakeup call as my official runDisney chEARleader, he celebrated his first ever race, the Enchanted 10K. For anyone thinking about trying a runDisney race, as a first-timer Tommy offers a perspective of which you will be able to relate.

With time to finally gather our thoughts, here is the Will Run for Disney 2017 Princess Half race recap:
