Do you want to be a runner? Or you want to stay in shape this summer? Don’t know where to start? Do not be intimidated! There have been periods of time in my life where I had to start from the beginning. One mile felt awful. I never thought I would ever consider myself a runner who actually ENJOYED running, but all it takes is hard work, self love and PATIENCE.
