Hi everyone! It’s hard to believe 2017 is winding down, but we have so much to look forward to this holiday season, at Disney Parks, and at home with friends and family. Wishing you all a joyous kickoff to the holiday season with Thanksgiving on Thursday! And if you have an upcoming trip to Disney, congratulations! It is sure to be even more magical. As for runDisney news, not much has happened in the past week, as we eagerly anticipate some medal reveals for Princess Half and Dark Side Half, but I think those will come soon! In the meantime, here’s what you may have missed:

“That’s A Wrap!” – the 2017 runDisney season is officially over. Congratulations to all who participated in the whirlwind back-to-back race weekends at Walt Disney World’s Disney’s Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend Presented by MISFIT and the Disneyland Super Heroes Half Marathon Weekend this past weekend! Believe it or not, the next race weekend is the Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend Presented by Cigna, kicking off the 2018 season! GAH! I am so excited. For now, here’s the latest runDisney news:

Hi Friends! I still can’t believe it’s November!! The Epcot International Food & Wine Festival is coming to a close and the holidays are right around the corner. Disney Parks are magically transforming from Halloween to Christmas! This is definitely my favorite time of year. Apologies for not posting last week: I was celebrating Halloween in Walt Disney World! WDW Marathon Training Update

Hi friends!

After an incredible Halloween and food-filled trip to Walt Disney World, I’m back in training mode. Last week was crazy busy at work and then I escaped to Disney early Friday morning. I’m embarrassed to say I took a full NINE days off of training! But guess what? I didn’t stress, and I got right back into it when I got home. And everything worked out! The moral of the story is, if you have to take days off whether it be for personal or professional reasons, don’t panic. Just pick up where you left off. Here’s what my week looked like:
