I’m back from WDW!

Hi everyone!

I’m sorry I didn’t get a chance to write-up a weekly training update or a runDisney news update. But I hope you were following along on my Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and Tumblr because I was in the most magical place on earth – Walt Disney World Resort, of course! We took our time celebrating Epcot’s International Food & Wine Festival and it’s 35th anniversary, exploring the new Pandora – World of Avatar, and of course, capping off our trip with Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party on Halloween night! It was a magical trip. I’ll do a quick write-up and share some photos in my next post.

In the meantime, stay tuned for this Sunday and Monday when I’ll be back on schedule! For those running this weekend’s Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend races, go get ’em!

Keep calm and run first, wine later! 🙂

As I’m sure you’ve heard by now, all runDisney Disneyland races have been canceled beginning 2018 due to the rigorous construction schedule for Star Wars and other significant updates to the California parks. With construction lasting an anticipated 2-3 years, will this mean the races will come back? Or is this truly the end? In the meantime, here’s the latest on the current runDisney race schedule 2017-2018:

Hi everyone!

Can you believe it’s already mid-October? I feel like the good fall weather is just getting started! I can’t wait to head to Walt Disney World in two weeks for all the Halloween and Food & Wine festivities. While I’ll be missing it this year, our next runDisney race weekend is the Disney’s Wine & Dine Half Marathon – Presented by MISFIT. Other runDisney news that is lingering in people’s minds is the questionable fate of the Disneyland races in the coming years. What will become of the Disneyland races? Here’s what you may have missed:
